Ryan, Bart and Anthony excellent service. Their expertise and professionalism got our 1950’s built home to modern standards. They installed a tankless water heater and softener. It looks awesome and we will more than likely turn to them for our plumbing/gas needs. Highly recommend. Lowest bid and they followed code. I had a great!! Experience with Platinum Rooter & Plumbing. I experienced my first winter here and my pipes froze over night. I realized I needed a plumber around 6:30AM and by 8 I had Chandler and his team at my home. They were the only plumbing company of the 15 I called prior that could make it out expeditiously. The professionals and swift diagnostic was much appreciated as I also had to run for work. Will definitely be using them as my only plumbers and will highly recommend their services.

Chandler was the absolute best. Texted me with a very professional introduction before he even drove here, explained in excellent detail and had the job done way faster than I would have expected. Also Chandler noted a safety issue in my home while he was here that I greatly appreciate knowing about. So happy I finally found a super professional and effective plumbing service!

We had a leak in the copper flex pipe that attached to our water heater. We also had a leak in the plastic tube that connected to the humidifier. Chandler Widman assessed the problems explained what needed to be done and in a timely fashion corrected the issues. He also found that water had built up inside the burner area of the water heater. He turned up the heat and asked us to continue to use hot water until the water could evaporate and not damage the heater. This was all done on Saturday evening to which we were very thankful!

Chandler was here within fifteen minutes and did an exceptional job. He was very helpful and professional, getting the job done efficiently while explaining what had occurred. Would definitely call them again!
